About the Space

From the street, this two-story modern villa reads like a fever dream of Palm Beach meets West Hollywood — creamy stucco columns framing a double-height facade wrapped in banana palms, bird of paradise, and mature tropical canopy that filters afternoon light into something genuinely cinematic. The symmetrical ironwork railings on both levels have a graphic, almost Art Deco geometry that photographs beautifully from nearly any angle. The entry sequence — limestone steps, flanked wall sconces, a charcoal pivot door — is composed enough to anchor a title card or an establishing shot on its own. Inside, the main floor opens into one of the most camera-ready great rooms I've walked. Wide-plank white oak flooring runs the full length of an expansive open plan — living, dining, and a secondary lounge all connected without a wall break, which means your DP can pull focus from one end to the other with no reset. Ceiling height is generous but intimate, with clean recessed lighting that supplements without competing against the natural fill. The black-framed vertical windows are the real asset here: they flood the interior with diffused green light from the surrounding foliage and create a series of living portrait frames — lush greenery visible through every pane. The palette is deliberate and warm: cream bouclé sofas, cognac leather chairs, honey oak furniture, matte white walls, and a dark console that grounds the room. Vintage Italian film posters hung gallery-style add instant editorial character — this room is already dressed for a shoot. The kitchen is a different chapter entirely: walnut cabinetry with dark slate countertops, a floating island with retro cobalt blue leather barstools, open shelving lit from within, and a floating steel-and-cable staircase that rises dramatically alongside it — great for a cooking scene, a fashion story, or a brand campaign that wants warmth without feeling domestic. Upstairs, the primary suite shifts the mood entirely. Tropical leaf wallpaper in deep emerald and ivory wraps the room, paired with polished concrete floors, sliding glass doors to a private balcony, and a spa bathroom tiled in rich forest green. It's lush, moody, and resort-coded — works equally well for a beauty campaign, a romance scene, or a luxury travel shoot. Outside, the rear of the property delivers a full resort package: a long cobalt-tiled pool and integrated spa, clean limestone decking, navy blue lounge chairs, white scalloped market umbrellas, and a covered upper balcony with direct pool sightlines. At golden hour and into dusk, this pool deck turns into something extraordinary — warm amber light from the house's interior spills across the water while the sky goes pink and violet behind the palms. There's also a detached pool house/guest room with direct pool access, giving you a second camera-ready bedroom environment without relocating your base. For events, this property handles volume gracefully. The open-plan ground floor seats a dinner easily and flows through bifold glass doors onto the pool deck for cocktail overflow. The two-level exterior reads like a boutique hotel courtyard — upper balcony for VIPs or presentation moments, lower pool deck for guests. The kitchen island becomes a natural catering and bar station. Truck access and street parking are workable for production convoys, and the mature tree canopy provides natural sound buffer from the surrounding neighborhood. Holding areas can be established in the guesthouse and upper-level rooms while the main floor and exterior remain active for camera.
