Charming lush garden backyard, with wood wall and natural greenery

We have a beautiful lush backyard with a covered patio wrapped in jasmine and a large grassy area. It's great for birthday parties, bridal showers, tea parties and any other day-time party. The patio is accented by a beautiful reclaimed wood wall, giving a rustic warm feel to the space. Please note: jasmine only blooms for 6 weeks during summer (tiny white flowers on the vines wrapping the patio pillars), but its green all year. Roses will be cut back Jan thru March, bloom in April. We provide two 6ft folding tables and 9 folding chairs. For an ADDITIONAL FEE, we offer 2 tall 24" round cocktail tables and a set of 4 stainless steel chaffing dishes. Inside the house is a restroom for guests and a kitchen for the host to utilize. NOTES: We don't allow parties past 7pm out of consideration of our neighbors. The rest of the inside of the home is not available for event/party rentals.
