The setting offers a private, resort-like backdrop for productions, photography, intimate gatherings, and outdoor dining. A spacious **covered brick-and-timber deck overlooks the pool and gardens** and can be configured for a seated dinner or gathering. A **120" wood dining table** is available for dinner-party setups, along with chairs and a **6' auxiliary table for buffet, beverage, catering, or serving use**. Additional matching event seating and tables can be arranged as needed. The covered deck offers shade and protection from the elements while maintaining an open view of the surrounding landscape. Evening events are especially beautiful, with warm ambient lighting creating an intimate setting overlooking the illuminated pool and gardens. Guests are welcome to bring catering, tableware, linens, décor, and other event rentals to customize the space. A grill is available on the deck, and the poolside area can also accommodate temporary tables, grills, props, or production equipment. **For events:** Standard event rental includes use of the deck, dining and entertaining areas, lawn, and poolside setting. **Swimming and recreational pool use are not included in the standard event rate and may be added separately.** The pool remains available as a visual backdrop whether or not swimming is added. The property backs directly onto open trail space, giving the setting a natural and secluded feel.
