    This is a great space for classes, workshops, seminars, team meetings., perfect for yourself or up to 24 guests. Furniture is modular style and can be configured according to your needs such as classroom style, u-shaped, round table discussion etc. Rental of space includes parking, coffee/tea for all and WiFi. There are two breakout rooms available for rent as well. NOTE: Coffee, tea and water are included for weekday reservations between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm only.     Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    Our cleaners take care of the space after hours. All bookings are spaced apart so space can be cleaned. Each one of our meeting rooms are equipped with sanitizer stations, Lysol spray and hand towels, air purifiers with HEPA filters. Masks and gloves can be available upon request. We are in compliance with current government guidelines.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
