Whether you are hosting an intimate party, a business conference, a community event or a photo shoot, the space offers the accessibility and privacy to make your vision come to life. From the moment you see the exterior, with its full size front window, to the time you step inside the open concept space, you will immediately be drawn to its versatility and ability to fit your needs. The Layout: Open concept space with a corridor that divides the front room from the larger back unit. 1,300 square feet of useable space, two mini split AC units that will keep the unit in proper temperature control. 2 large bathrooms and an extra sink/prep station. Open floor plan and easy access from the front door. Perfect for Birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, corporate conferences, photoshoots, indoor vendor market, etc! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take our time between bookings to ensure the unit is adequately cleaned and sanitized. We make sure the bathrooms are deep cleaned and all trash is removed and fresh air is circulated into the building prior to the next booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
