The space was designed specifically for professional voice teaching and music-making and is ideal for voice lessons, vocal coaching, piano and music lessons, individual practice, rehearsals, audition preparation, acting/coaching sessions, self-tapes, songwriting, and other small creative sessions. The main studio is already set up with everything you need to get straight to work. Equipment and amenities include a full-size 88-key Donner digital piano, Donner MT-1 PA system, professional Sennheiser e835 microphone, microphone stand with tablet/phone holder, music stand, guitar, full-length mirror, comfortable armchair and additional seating, as well as an air purifier. The Davis Square MBTA station is just steps away, making the studio very easy to reach by public transportation from Cambridge, Boston, Medford, and surrounding areas. For those driving, there is a convenient metered parking lot directly behind the building with plenty of spaces typically available. Additional metered street parking is available nearby, and parking is free after 8:00 PM or after % PM at the next door Bank of American parking lot. ACCESS & LAYOUT Guests have access to both the private teaching/rehearsal studio and the separate waiting area during their reservation. The rear building entrance is conveniently located next to the parking lot, and detailed access instructions will be provided prior to the reservation. For security, there is a door sensor that monitors entry and exit times, as well as a security camera in the waiting area facing the entrance.
