About the Space

This venue is a classic contemporary 1930's detached home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, a stunning kitchen/diner/snug, a separate lounge, playroom and 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently renovated and decorated to a high standard, with Farrow and Ball colours throughout, and the bedrooms consist of a pink young girl's room, a green boys room, and a navy blue tween/teen/adult room. Having entered the 1930s front door, a hallway leads to a stunning kitchen/diner/snug, which is a large open plan space (7metres by 10 metres approx), with 7 metres of eye-catching crittall doors and 2 skylights, meaning the room is incredibly light. There is a lot of room for crew and equipment. The kitchen particularly lends itself to filming, with a hanging chair, plenty of light and neutral backgrounds.
