Health and Safety Measures
Black Rain Studios is professionally maintained and cleaned regularly to provide a clean, comfortable, and production-ready environment for every guest.
Studios and common areas are checked between bookings, high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly, and floors and cyclorama areas are maintained as needed.
Guests are asked to remove personal items, props, food, and garbage at the end of their booking and leave the space generally as they found it. Our team takes care of the regular cleaning and preparation of the studio for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
