The space features multiple horror-inspired environments, detailed displays, unique photo opportunities, atmospheric décor, and visually distinctive areas throughout — making it an incredible backdrop for photography and content creation. This listing is specifically for SMALL, LOW-IMPACT photo and content shoots only — ideal for photographers, models, social media content, YouTube content, interviews, and small independent creative projects. Maximum of 8 people total, including all crew and talent. This rate is for minimal-equipment shoots only. No large lighting setups, production equipment, set builds, generators, production trucks, large load-ins, or extensive setup. Nothing in the space may be moved or rearranged. Furniture, merchandise, displays, props, décor, fixtures, and installations must remain exactly where they are. The space is rented as-is and must be photographed or filmed as-is. Larger crews, commercial productions, extensive filming, or productions requiring additional equipment, setup, alterations, or movement of anything within the space are not included in this listing or rate and require prior approval and separate production pricing.
