Horspool Retreat offers exclusive hire of a spacious Nottinghamshire mansion within approximately 20 acres of secluded, gated grounds. Varied backdrops include generous interiors, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, south-facing garden and enclosed quadrangle courtyard. Ideal for lifestyle, fashion, wellness and brand photography, interviews and filming. Overnight accommodation is available for residential shoots. Crew numbers, equipment, access and use of each area must be agreed before booking.

Health and Safety Measures
The property is professionally cleaned and prepared between every booking. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, communal areas and frequently used facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
The indoor swimming pool and hot tub are maintained and treated in accordance with our regular water-testing and maintenance procedures. All guest areas are checked prior to arrival to ensure they are clean, tidy and ready for use.
Freshly laundered towels are provided where included within the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
