Bring in your own lunches or order from the very delicious Momed, which is conveniently located in the building. LOCATION: Located in Atwater Village, in one of Los Angeles’ trendiest neighborhoods. Walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops like Proof Bakery, Tacos Villa Corona, Black Elephant Coffee and more. We are 15 minutes from DTLA and close to the 134, the 110, the 2 and the 5 freeways. THE SPACE: The room is 20’ x 21’ with a wide open floor plan, 14’ ceilings, white walls, beautiful natural ceiling light, and cement floors. It comes with 2 desk setups w/ desk chairs. Included in the space is access to ADA compliant restrooms, a full kitchen including microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot. The room has a Samsung DU7200 85-inch 4K TV and Samsung B-series soundbar with subwoofer. CLEANING: Guests are responsible for cleaning after use; additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition of the space. IDEAL USES: Screening room
