It includes a kitchen with subway tile backsplash and stainless steel sink, stove top, refrigerator and microwave as well as a kitchen island perfect for hosting your special event or creating content. The open concept space and living room has 20 foot wood beam ceilings anchored by a gas fireplace. We have unique art throughout the home. Aviators or enthusiasts will love the many aviation nods. But this home was decorated with women in mind. The color pallet is taken from the beautiful teal colored skies and the pinks of our nightly sunsets. Its perfect for baby showers, bridal parties, birthday parties and Bachelorettes. Close to UCR, hosting a small reception or gathering to celebrate a graduation will also fit. It also includes a full bathroom with a unique hand painted mural. There is a bedroom perfect for girly photo ops dubbed "The Barbie Bedroom " with pink glitter wallpaper, pink throne chair and zebra accents. In the main space there are four 8 foot tall shelves that are changed seasonally. Perfectly set for photo op but also able to be customized for production or color themes for an additional fee. We have photo ops everywhere from a shimmer wall that glimmers in the breeze to the lips corner, with berry colored velvet lip shaped chair surrounded by lips art.
