Private Backyard Event Venue with Pool, Large Patio + Private Restroom

Designed for entertaining, our spacious private backyard offers a flexible outdoor setting for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, family celebrations, brunches, pool parties, intimate receptions, photo shoots, content creation, and private gatherings. The backyard features an expansive paved entertaining area with plenty of room for dining tables, chairs, catering setups, décor, a DJ, and dancing. The layout offers multiple distinct areas for guests to gather, including a private swimming pool, shaded poolside seating, a comfortable outdoor lounge area, open patio space, and landscaped areas surrounded by mature trees. One of the biggest conveniences is the newly built dedicated backyard restroom. Guests have access to a private full restroom with a toilet, sink, and mirror without needing to enter the main residence, allowing the entire event to remain outdoors and completely separate from the home, which is NOT accessible. The large paved footprint makes the space extremely flexible. Depending on your event, you can create a dining area, dance floor, DJ setup, children's activity area, food or catering station, gift table, dessert display, photo backdrop, or additional lounge seating. The space includes use of the swimming pool, existing outdoor lounge furniture, patio umbrellas, string lighting, an ice chest and a portable Bluetooth speaker. For events that need additional setup, we also have four 6-foot folding tables, nine folding chairs, a pop-up event tent, and two children's tables with children's chairs available as optional add-ons. Outside food, catering, and décor are welcome. Guests may also bring additional tables, chairs and approved event rentals if more seating is needed. This space is especially well suited for hosts looking for the feel and flexibility of a private outdoor venue without renting a traditional event hall.
