With its cinematic atmosphere and flexible lounge-style layout, the Central Screening Room is ideal for movie screenings, private watch parties, presentations, content reviews, auditions, workshops, team meetings, gaming sessions, and intimate creative events. The screening room can accommodate up to 15 guests maximum and is best suited for smaller screenings, presentations, productions, and private gatherings. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable building fee of $56/hr is required prior to booking confirmation. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable Visloft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with Visloft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
