Planning a baby shower, birthday, bridal shower, or small celebration? Fusion Events is a bright, newly renovated 1,400 sq ft mirrored studio in the heart of Lancaster Blvd that fits up to 75 guests. It's also great for photo and video shoots, meetings, workshops, and dance classes. The space comes set with seating for 58 at 8 tables, plus cocktail tables and a cozy lounge area. Plug in your playlist on our ceiling surround speakers, put up a slideshow on the TV, and use the kitchenette bar to keep food and drinks flowing. What's included: seating for 58 at 8 tables (16 folding benches plus 10 folding chairs), 4 cocktail tables with benches, a lounge area with 2 couches, ceiling surround-sound speakers with Bluetooth that connects to any device, a TV for slideshows and videos, a wall of mirrors, dimmable lighting, a kitchenette bar with sink and storage, an ADA-accessible restroom, AC and heating, WiFi, and security. You're walking distance from Lucky Luke, RIO, Don Sal, MOAH, and more, with plenty of free public parking nearby. Please book enough time for setup and breakdown.

🧼 Our Cleaning & Sanitation Process We take pride in keeping our space spotless, fresh, and event-ready for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure the venue is perfectly sanitized and reset before the next event. Our process includes: • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, handles, restrooms, etc.) • Full floor sweep, mop, and vacuum after every booking • Trash removal and replacement of liners • Freshly sanitized restrooms stocked with paper goods and soap • Air circulation and light fragrance refresh before every event • Deep cleaning and disinfecting between larger bookings or weekend events We also provide a light cleaning kit on-site (paper towels, disinfectant wipes, broom, and trash bags) for your convenience during your event. ✨ Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities, we make sure every guest walks into a clean, fresh, and welcoming space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
