    This is a multi-use industrial style design space with aged brick wall on one side, glass frontage and exposed wood ceiling with track lighting. Great space for photo shoot, small art exhibit, mixers, yoga, private lessons, or pop-ups. The space includes a little kitchen area (no oven or stove) with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and counter along with a private bathroom. Main room is approx. 24' x 32' (over 750 sq. ft.) plus a hallway that opens to the bathroom, kitchen and little seating area.

    There is weekly cleaning along with 1 time cleaning after each booking that is included in the cost.

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
