    About Common Thyme

    Common Thyme was born out of a love for connecting people, supporting the local community, and providing beautiful space. We provide a tranquil environment to create, learn, celebrate and connect with others. The Cilantro Suite is just one of our four private suites. They all connect internally and are furnished to be flexible and meet your needs. Whether you want to host a private gathering, coordinate a team retreat, teach a class or shoot content for your business, Common Thyme is here for you! All four suites together make up 1,000 square feet. Suites can be booked individually or together. Three suites are ~ 240 square feet each. This suite in particular (Cilantro Suite) houses a refrigerator, dining table and privacy booth - therefore only half the size serves as flex space (120 square feet). Come visit us, we are conveniently located directly across from the Pelham Metro North Station. Co-working can be booked directly on website.

    All surfaces are disinfected daily and all suites are vacuumed daily.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
