A 3,500 sq ft futuristic warehouse with 21 ft ceilings and natural light, styled with raw concrete and sculptural designer furniture. It’s built for film, fashion and editorial shoots, and gives you a cinematic sci-fi world without having to build a set.

Health and Safety Measures
Our professional cleaning team detail cleans the studio every two weeks, including floors, restrooms, and furniture, and this is covered by the mandatory cleaning fee. Between cleanings, please leave the space tidy: dump your own trash, wipe up any spills, and remove all tape, props, and personal items before you leave. Furniture should be returned to its original position so the space is ready for the next guest. Extra cleaning fees apply for glitter, powder, slime, paint, or heavy mess.
With bi-weekly cleaning, the space sits between cleanings with whatever each renter leaves behind, so you may want a quick check after each booking (or a few checkout photos from the renter) to catch spills and damage early.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
