    About Swapna Fabbiano Collective

    The Parlor is a private room inside the Swapna Fabbiano Collective in Carrollwood, a creative space designed for women who create, connect, celebrate, and grow. Soft neutral finishes, light oak floors, and an elegant lounge with crystal chandeliers make it a lovely setting for client meetings, quiet work sessions, lunch and learns, workshops, book clubs, and content creation. Your booking includes the Parlor with a 6 ft table and seating for 8, our client lounge with large couch, bench and chairs, and a private restroom. Free on site parking is easy and plentiful. Please park in the back lot first.

    Health and Safety Measures

    The Parlor and shared spaces are cleaned and reset before every booking. We wipe down the table, chairs, door handles, and high touch surfaces, vacuum and mop the floors, and refresh the restroom with clean hand towels, soap, and supplies. Trash is emptied and the room is kept empty or with the table and chairs available for your arrival. We ask guests to leave the room as they found it: tidy any food or drinks, place trash in the provided bins, and return furniture to its original setup.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
