Actual speaker panel venue bookings

not-for-profit speaker event series

I am planning a not-for-profit community event series, focused on spreading positivity and empowering people to meet their potential. The first event will be a ~2 hour talk with multiple speakers. I'd like to book 5 hours just to provide ample time for setup, cleanup, lingering, etc. I estimate there will be no more than 40 attendees. For the event I will need a projector (is that an additional cost?) and screen or blank wall, as well as some type of sound system, which I can rent unless you have that available. There will be light breakfast served (bagels, fruit, coffee), but no alcohol.

meet-up event for new clients

I work at a tech company. We are hosting a meetup on the 7th, for our customers and prospective new clients. The event format will be identical to our previous event and will feature a panel discussion with industry experts in the fashion, apparel and retail space.

$945.00

panel discussion and reception

We will have a panel discussion (in front of an audience), do a hair tutorial demo then have a meet and greet/reception with the audience attendees on the 22nd. We will shoot photography and do video hair tutorials on the 23.

$1,893.00

networking event for students

We're hosting an event for prospective students and alumni featuring a panel discussion lead by alumni. This is in effort to convert prospects into applicants! There will also be a small networking session after the panel discussion so prospective students can connect more with other students and additional alumni who are invited to attend the reception.
