birthday for a French bulldog

So I'm a dog owner and I'm planning to throw a birthday bash for my lil Frenchie at the end of the month. Because who wouldn't? I wanted to check with you first to see if you were cool with renting your space for this event. I'm estimating 20 dogs and around 30 people. These are all well behaved dog. My lil guy is actually a therapy dog - we volunteer at the Children's Hospital. The idea would be to only utilize the grass area for the dogs, and put baby gates up at the doors so only the humans can access the gathering area for light snacks and water. The perfect party window is 2 hours. Usually everyone shows up at the last hour. That's about as much as the dogs can handle. We're part of the local network of dog influencers so if you have a location or an account you would like us to tag on Instagram we'd be more than happy to. These pooches have thousands of followers, and it's all pretty absurd, but completely fun at the same time. I'm thinking this is how the day would go: -2 hours set up -2 hours event -1 hour clean up (I'll be bring bins for the owners to dispose any business - they're all used to this). If that all sounds good to you I would absolutely love to use your space for this lil event.
