planning meeting for executives

I'm an administrative coordinator, and I'm looking for a meeting space to host approximately ten of our executives for a full-day planning session. As far as A/V equipment, we will definitely need a projector and conference telephone available, and likely a whiteboard as well, if possible. I'll plan on handling breakfast and lunch catering myself, but please let me know if there's any special considerations I should make as far as setting those up.

short video recording

I'll be renting this space to record a handful of short videos. I am personal finance coach who helps women break free of 6-figure debt. I'll be recording a short video series helping women to shift their mindset so they can walk in the behaviors that will set them free. It will just be me and my camera. I simply need a chair! (preferably a stool that I think I see in the image that looks like a kitchen). Thank you for hosting this space!"
