staff retreat planning for next quarter

We're looking for a venue for a staff retreat. Ideally we would like a space with room for us to put up completed flip chart sheets, break out room(s) for smaller teams to gather, and outdoor space. We are intrigued by your distillery space (and might even want to work in a tasting, depending upon the cost). We will be spending 70% of our time doing team building with a facilitator, and 30% of our time planning projects and such for the next quarter. We will be arranging for catering for a very light breakfast, a somewhat early (11 or 11:30 am) lunch, and then, at the end of the day, go to a local restaurant for a very nice meal. As an organization, we've been around for a long time, but some of us are relatively new to the team/company. This retreat will allow us to all get to know each other better and further solidify a very strong team. Would we be renting just one room in the distillery, with other patrons present around us? Or do we have the space to ourselves for the day? How easy will it be for us to have catering delivered/set up? Might we be able to have a food truck drive up and have our staff get lunch that way? What are the restroom facilities like? We have talked about having someone do a yoga or meditation session at the venue. Is that feasible at your location?
