I am a photographer working on growing my portfolio in the commercial world. I have spent the last 5 years working on conceptual projects internationally. Since returning, multiple people have encouraged me to work commercially. Therefore I am taking a leap of faith and trying to support myself just as events and portrait photographer. 5 women plus myself will have a boudoir shoot using minimal equipment so the floors will be protected. The models will come prepared so we have no need for a makeup artist, which will ideally prevent mess and clean up. As a professional I can ensure the space will be very well cared and all moved further (if needs moving) will be put back into place prior to our departure.

I'm producing a music video shoot for a parody-boy band and we're looking for a clean loft space downtown for their dance sequences. The cast/crew would be small (10 ppl total). 3 kino lights (we can do tennis balls on the bases) and in the video the boys will all be wearing PJ's with either sneakers on their feet or slippers. Should all be pretty simple/soft on the space.
