I am planning a not-for-profit community event series, focused on spreading positivity and empowering people to meet their potential. The first event will be a ~2 hour talk with multiple speakers. I'd like to book 5 hours just to provide ample time for setup, cleanup, lingering, etc. I estimate there will be no more than 40 attendees. For the event I will need a projector (is that an additional cost?) and screen or blank wall, as well as some type of sound system, which I can rent unless you have that available. There will be light breakfast served (bagels, fruit, coffee), but no alcohol.

I'm a designer. My fiancé and I are getting married the 29th (long story short our hotel closed and our venue won't return the deposit). We had everything fully planned and while we have a new wedding venue, we are scrambling to find a space for our rehearsal dinner. We plan on doing something really unique and laid back (and budget friendly) - like picking up a bunch of pizza / Italian catering and renting some tables/chairs.
