2-day planning meeting

I am planning a 2-day planning meeting for 18 people on these two days. We are all staying at a nearby hotel so this is a great location for us. We will need seating for all, but I think the combo of table/chairs and couch space will work well so long as everyone can see the TV or projector. What do you think? Also curious what your plan is for coffee/breakfast/lunch, or is that something I should work with concierge for? If this meeting works out, we have another need for the space soon!!
