About the Space
Our large 5m Digital Green wall offers excellent options for digital chroma-key projects. A huge 3-meter white background is available. This space is not soundproof. If you would like to explore the options of different colors, we have mounted backdrops in the studio, as well as a multitude of colored paper rolls in stock for sale that you can set up in the space.

We have Large 3m tall windows at the back of the studio, these can be partially blocked by blinds or completely blocked by the roller door
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Brookes St is a main motor way to there is some some level of traffic sound. it's very minimal from the studio but when heavy trucks come past you will notice them.
We have some sound treatment on the roof however if a plane flies over you will need to pause recording.
As our studio is in the same building as our store, there is some ambient shop sounds however we can do our best to minimise all sound for your booking.

Equipment loading description
Load in via access to the back of the build, either by the stairs or by opening the off ground roller door (please note it was a loading bay there is a 1.5m drop) so you can lift things into the studio space

General Rules

An after-hour surcharge is applied at $120 per hour.

Return the studio in the state you found it, otherwise, there is a $60 cleaning fee

Please return everything to where you found it and please clean up

Hour building is fitted with CCTV that are on and recording 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Studio, kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned after each booking
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
