My name is Jessica Rae, I created and designed Rae Studios to offer artists and co-working creatives a space to inspire their working hours. Each space is designed with a plant life atmosphere for various client needs. Our clients include co-working meeting space, print and video productions, dance and fitness pop ups/rehearsals/workshops and private events from wedding, birthdays and special events. Tours of the space are given during work hours. Please email or call to set up an appointment. The space collectively is 3,000 sq ft. featuring three unique rooms overlooking downtown union square. Restrooms are located in the lobby, two stalls per restroom with complimentary bathroom supplies available during your rental. General Studio Rental Rates: Rehearsals, Privates Lessons, Simple Small Group Shoots $150/hr M-F | 9am - 5pm $150/hr Weekends | Available 3pm - 10pm Studio Specs: 1000+ sq ft space (28 ft x 36 ft) Capacity: 32 people seated, 40 people standing Stereo with auxiliary adaptor 4x 6ft Tables Available + chairs STUDIO IS BLOCK OUT FOR OUR WEEKLY CLASSES: Studio's are not available: M-F 5pm - 10pm & Sat - Sun: 9am - 2:30pm. The studio must be returned in its original form. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if conditions aren't met; left to the discretion of studio management.

Standard 90 jours
