Our studio is a 1,550 square foot photography and event space with 16' ceilings and huge windows wrapping 3 walls. Polished concrete floors, modern lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen make this space just as beautiful as it is functional. We provide additional grip and production packages for rent as well. The kitchen area includes an induction range, full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and sink with commercial faucet. Black-out curtains on all windows allow you to control the abundance of natural light. Windows near the kitchen overlook a courtyard with a reflection pond. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs, and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly, and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores, and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon, and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, and local nightlife. Our on-site concierge and chef can prepare exceptional breakfast and lunch settings for your photoshoots and meetings, starting as low as $15 per person. We also have relationships with outside catering companies who can provide elaborate food for special events. Please inquire after making your booking about onsite craft services. Up to 5 parking spaces are available for $15 per spot at the rear of our building. We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services / catering and production staffing through our in-house team.

Each reservation is disinfected and properly sanitized prior to the guest's start time. To ensure we provide this service for each of our reservations, a $150 cleaning fee will be billed to each reservation.
