IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Reserve Correctly: Only book for the exact number of people you plan to have in your production. Prices increase as the group size grows, no matter their roles. Our rooftop has been recently renovated and provides a clear and clean backdrop and surrounding ideal for any photoshoot or videoshoot. The floor, and the rooftop itself has been painted white to provide ideal lighting on any given day. There is a 360 degree view of the DTLA as well as its skyline, in addition to various elements that have been preserved to provide an industrial look. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given regular available times are (Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM) . Additional Rules: - Do NOT lean against the edge. - No dragging items or scraping the surface of the rooftop. - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or alcohol on the rooftop. - Our business or the building managers are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to the Renter, his party or possessions while on the rooftop. - If any of the crew members or talent fails to follow these rules, the will be subject to a fine, to be determined, and will be removed by the staff immediately. - Rules will be enforced regardless of prior knowledge. - All necessary permits are the Renter's responsibility.
