Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $300 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $320 per hour Sat. Sun: $320 per hour - 5 hours minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directly to the venue - Off hour building staff fee : $100 per hour (after 6:00pm on weekdays, after 5:00pm on weekends, except Thursday after 9pm, includes freight elevator service) - Site rep: $180 ( support at the beginning and the end) -Cleaning fee: $200 -Janitorial fee: $70 Freight Elevator(Can be used as a passenger elevator. When guests are over 10 people the building requires using freight elevator): Monday - Friday: 24 hours. Except Thursday opens until 9pm. Saturday: Opens until 5pm. Sunday: 9am - 5pm.
