Located in the heart of SoHo, the Penthouse has spectacular views from both the space and its 2250 sq ft. rooftop deck. Perfect for your business meeting, conference or photo shoot, we offer the amenities of a high-end Midtown event space in a neighborhood seeped in culture, fine dining and artistic expression. Roof proposals and elopements require only 2 hours of rental. Please note that elopements are only for parties of 10 guests. A manager fee of $150 is due the day of. **Friday night rental is 6 hours for up to 30 guests. Please note there is a manager fee of $300 due the day of. Business Meetings - Daytime We include Polycom, round tables (54" & 60"), seminar tables (18" x 8'and 6'), chairs, sound system, wifi, projector, screen, easels, use of the wall for post-its, set-up, and clean-up. Business Events: Coffee, Tea, and Water bottles compliments of the house. Furniture and Audio/Visual included.
