We are situated in charming Old Town Torrance, just 20 minutes south of LAX and easily accessible to all of The South Bay and greater Los Angeles County. Close to the 110 and 405 Freeways, our major cross streets are Carson and Cabrillo. We have a large parking lot in the rear, tons of street parking, and within a few minutes walking distance to a couple of free city parking lots. Notes: 1. With the building owner’s authorization and an additional fee, we can accommodate production vehicles and large trailers. 2. Our 2-story - 14,000sf facility has 6 other rooms available for rent. 3. This ballroom space is located on the 2nd floor. Please note: we do not have an elevator. 4. Customized Lighting Scenes (spotlights, color LEDs, and personalized Gobo) are available for extra fees. 5. We have chairs available for rent, and a few standard size buffet tables. We suggest renting tables from a 3rd party source. 6. We have black floor to ceiling curtains that can be drawn completely to block out the sun, or cover the most of the mirrors. 7. As of 09.29.20 we are following strick Covid-19 Guidelines and rules. We ask that you do the same in order to book our venue.
