Our house is a Mid-Century Ranch in Valley Glen built in 1954. It is very open and spacious with a lot of natural light, and many points of entry. The kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are very large. The house is 3,000 sq ft on a 13,000+ sq ft lot. There is a large breezeway with french doors and a Rec Room with a 60-inch TV, ping pong table, pool table, dart board, bar, and theater-type seating. There is a circular driveway with plenty of parking and on well-kept street with unrestricted parking. New laminate wood floors, interior paint and four zone HVAC. Large backyard with newly renovated pool and hot tub. Newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. We also have one all real wood-paneled "period" bedroom with a door that a lot of productions love because it is so unique and can be used for almost any time period. Productions also like shooting at our house because the neighbors are friendly and the ranch house is spread out so the cast and crew is not crowded in with each other. Over 60 people is an additional $40 per hour. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Yes. Productions with personnel exceeding 30 people are required to pay a site rep fee. We can provide one at a rate of $300 per day if need be.
