Set above the active workshop of renowned Northwest craftsman, Michael Marian, the loft is a beautifully restored event space just a block from the Ballard Bridge on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft provides over 2,000 sq ft of entertainment space, which includes 12 ft high ceilings, an open chef's kitchen, seated dining for 40, and a large lounge overlooking the workshop. No food & beverage restrictions. Bring in all food & bev yourself or work with our preferred catering teams for private dining options. Full place settings for 50 guests (including dishes, glassware, and flatware) can be rented for $200 per booking. With a full service kitchen and private dining options, our space will make your gathering exceptionally unique. Additional amenities included in your booking: chef’s kitchen appliances, two oversized dining tables, 40 dining chairs, 2 hightop cocktail tables, 60" flat screen TV for presenting, surround stereo system, two private restrooms, and free onsite parking. *Our Event Assistant is only onsite for setup and cleanup, but is on-call remotely throughout your event. Onsite support is available for $45/hour, if needed. *The space is essentially "yours" for the duration of your booking. Our guest safety is of the utmost importance to us as we navigate the reopening process for our event space. Events are currently restricted to one per day and professional cleaners are scheduled to deep clean the space after each event. We've switched from vinegar to bleach-based cleaning products for all high-touch surfaces throughout the space.
