The Kingsley House is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The outdoor pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. NOTE: We an accommodate both filming and photography productions in excess of 80+ people. BUT PLEASE NOTE: OUR CLEANING FEE, SITE REP FEE AND HOURLY RATE WILL BE BASED ON THE SIZE, SCOPE AND NEEDS OF EACH PRODUCTION. WE WORK WITH EACH PRODUCTION INDIVIDUALLY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE EACH INDIVIDUAL BUDGET. WE LOVE TO WORK WITH EVERYONE. REGARDLESS OF YOUR NEEDS AND SCOPE WE CAN ALWAYS MAKE A PLAN.
