Our modern loft inspired house is ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Baldwin Hills, close to Culver City(5 miles), Downtown Los Angeles and LAX(8 miles), and Venice/Santa Monica(10 miles). The house features 12-foot high ceilings, hillside views, plenty of natural light coming in from large south facing windows, back patio space, equipped kitchen, bamboo floors, easy street access and easy free street parking space. The space is ideal for events such as: photography shoot, music video, film shoot, fitness video, yoga video, culinary show, filmed interview, dance shoot and much more The very spacious open floor plan features: • Living room area with a massive couch, a gas fireplace, a HD projector with a 120" Projector Screen(add-on), and a powered standing desk • Dining room with a large wood table and 8 chairs • Full open kitchen with double oven, large fridge and plenty of countertop space for catering.
