In a prime location in the NE Mission Arts district of San Francisco, this is an airy 1200 sq. ft Daylight studio space with breathtaking views over the Mission, Twin Peaks and downtown. This space is suitable for small corporate filming such as two camera interviews with minimal crew and props, headshots etc. We have excellent fresh air flow and window/door access to the adjacent deck. By day, you're surrounded by inspiring artwork and high ceilings with abundant natural light. In the evening, you'll see the sparkling lights of the entire Mission through two-story high glass windows, and step out onto the deck for some fresh air. Due to liability issues, there is no equipment set up allowed on the deck. Clients find this beautiful studio an ideal space for video and photography production. As an artist’s retreat it has some bohemian flair but can also be staged as modern or industrial. All furniture* and paintings seen in the pictures can be moved, or can be removed. Two large passenger elevators are available for flat load-in through the front door from the street and on-street parking is available for vans and trucks if requested. We currently do not allow unpaid advance scouting visits for uncomplicated single day shoots. We do not allow filming on the deck. *large cupboard in kitchen and kitchen furniture cannot be moved.
