5000 square foot office building available for use after 6pm Monday-Thursday, after 4pm, Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. There is a large 600 square foot room as you walk in, full of windows, all natural light, and 25 foot ceilings, perfect for workshops, meetings, yoga, etc. The rest of the space includes 8 private rooms, 1 kitchen/dining space, 3 restrooms, and 2 other 400-500 square foot rooms with concrete floors, (covered now with therapy mats that could be lifted) Space is used as a pediatric therapy clinic during the week. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x/hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider you needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers.
