Thank you for your interest in our space for your summer event. We do not use the Peerspace calendar to show availability, so please send a request as we have very few dates available. Also, our apologies but due to Peerspace increasing their fees to 25% in addition to the fee charged to the guest, we have had to also increase our rates. We are only hosting events that utilize the outdoor and lower level spaces shown in the photos. For weddings, will provide a bedroom located off the patio, exclusive use of the adjoining bathroom and 2 pool changing rooms for use by the bridal party. Non-wedding events will have access to the changing rooms and bathroom, but not the bedroom. This incredibly unique home is located in the Seward Park area of Seattle. With commanding views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier, the home is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax by the pool or sit on the deck enjoying the calm and sunshine. Seward Park and Lake Washington Boulevard are just minutes away by car, bike or about a 10 minute walk. Downtown Seattle, CenturyLink, Safeco Field, and the Seattle Waterfront are all within about 15-20 minutes of the home. Please keep in mind that parties or events that include non-guests are not allowed. The large sport court is perfect for pickle-ball, tennis, shooting basketballs or feel free to set up the volleyball or tennis nets and enjoy multi sports. When ready to cool down, take a dip in the 1,050 SF crystal clear pool. Off-street parking is available for 6-8 vehicles and there is ample on-street parking.
