A top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and spectacular views. It is simple to get around because public transportation is only three blocks away. ⭐️ 1500 Sq. Ft top floor corner loft ⭐️ Open layout, high ceilings & 12 ft high windows with lots of natural lighting ⭐️ Tables, chairs, and desks. ⭐️ Full-size kitchen ⭐️ Full-size bathroom ⭐️ Gallery space (studio walls and hallway) ⭐️ Monitor and 72 ft. large screen available for presentations (additional cost) ⭐️ Projector and A/V equipment available for use (additional cost) ⭐️ Secured building entry ⭐️ Utilities and Wi-fi included ⭐️ Limited office/bathroom/kitchen supplies ⭐️ Plenty of parking as well as off-street parking ⭐️ Freight elevator available for easy loading and unloading HOSTING PACKAGE: As part of our hosting packages, we offer assistance with logistics to ensure that your event is a success with us. Your booking includes: ✅ 1-hour set up prior to the event ✅ 1-hour wind-down after the event ✅ Assistance with Logistics ✅ Complimentary tea, coffee, and water ✅ Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup. CLEANINGS & DISINFECTING ($150 flat rate): For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled before your event starts and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol. • Outside food is allowed • Cooking and food preparation are allowed on site • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal devices to speakers • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, Glitter is not allowed

Facilities and Equipment: The true advantage of our space is that we DO NOT have central air conditioning. Studies have suggested air-conditioning could blow coronavirus droplets further than 6 feet; air conditioners will take air and re-circulate it through the room. We ensure ventilation and water systems operate properly. Social Distancing Policies: We highly encourage social distancing and the use of cloth face coverings in the studio space. We also require guests who are ill to not enter the studio space and stay home. We also check all guests with a non-touch forehead thermometer prior to entering the studio. Management and Communications: We monitor state and local public health communications about COVID-19. Cleaning and Disinfection: We clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, (e.g., counters, shelving, displays, door knobs) and provide guests with face masks, disposable disinfectant wipes, cleaner, or sprays that are effective against the virus that causes COVID-19.
