Our versatile, 480 sq ft blank-canvas space is ideal for small private parties. The minimal interior has a classic loft feel and offers a comfortable, welcoming space for your event. We are conveniently located right around the corner from Penn Station. We offer a blank-canvas space, with basic furniture on-hand, that can be customized for your event. We are flexible and do our best to accommodate your specific needs. If you'd like to book outside our regular hours listed just let us know. We are happy to recommend catering, furniture / party rentals, and additional services. The room is sized 20'x24', and has hardwood floors and four north-facing windows letting in plenty of sunlight. Amenities include: passenger and freight elevators with easy access, bathrooms located down the hall, wireless internet, heat & AC, clothing racks, hair & makeup stations. We have basic furniture on-premise, including: a large table, benches, a couch, stools, folding tables and chairs.
