Cozy Secret Garden Mid Century Ranch Home w/ Pool

**This house is only available for outdoor shoots.** This includes the front yard with swing and grass, backyard with pool, patio and cabana and the secret garden area. Which is why there are no photos showing the inside. For shoots 2 hours or less there is no use of a bathroom. 3 hours or more and there will be a bathroom available. PLEASE NOTE: - The Foosball Table in photos is no longer available - There is now a vintage 10 ft gold velvet couch on patio - The Cabana by pool has been updated - The backyard in general has been cleaned up and looks gorgeous (updated pics coming soon) - Changing Date/Time: If the Date or Time of shoot needs to be changed there is a $100 fee Please respect that we schedule the day and other shoots around your booking. If you need to change the shoot, that will effect others. BOOKING INFO: - Overtime is Time and a half not pro-rated HOUSE DETAILS: This beautiful home is known for its backyard and exteriors which boast a pool, in-ground jacuzzi, 1950’s vintage pink refrigerator, 2 patios, a white veranda overgrown with vines, a secret garden, 1950’s Pee Wee Herman bike, twinkle lights galore and a swing in the front yard with a grass lawn. The interior is cozy and homey with beautiful plantation shutters, a vintage blue and white kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, den, and dining room complete with antique china.
