NEW 24,000 BTU AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED 7/2025. Built by your host, Peter, this New York based studio offers a professional turnkey cyclorama studio for photo shoots and video productions. Included in the rental fee is a large selection of professional daylight balanced lighting for both still photography and video production. (Please note that when we moved to the current lower hourly rate we had to also switch to a 2 hour booking minimum. If you want to book the studio for less than 2 hours you can still do this by selecting the 'Under 2 Hour' add-on in the add-on section of this page. ) The studio features a custom made white cyc (infinity wall), large windows with western exposure, a center room skylight with sliding black out shutter, 2 New Air Conditioners, built-in hair & makeup station, wardrobe rack, a professional clothes steamer, and a large, private bathroom with shower. The space converts from a natural daylight studio to a full black out in less than a minute. Most of the equipment in the studio, (lights, stands, sandbags, reflectors, etc.), is included with your rental. The "In house" equipment includes a full selection of daylight balanced strobes and modifiers as well as a variety of daylight balanced continuous lights so you can move seamlessly from still photography to video work. You can setup the lights on your own or, if you’re new to studio lighting or just need to be shooting as soon as possible, I can help you get the lights setup and make sure everything is working properly. Either way, if you have any questions either setting up or during your shoot you can always find me in my office located off the side of the studio or by calling my cell phone if I stepped out. In addition to the included equipment, a Canon 5d Mark II with L lenses and support gear, color backgrounds, a green screen, a black back drop and atmospheric effects are also available for an additional rental fee. Located at the intersection of Williamsburg and Bushwick in Brooklyn's creative hub, the studio is easily accessible by subway or car. By subway take the L Train to the Jefferson stop, it’s a five minute walk to the studio from there. By car we're located on Johnson Ave between Varick and Stewart. (these tubes need to charge overnight please give advance notice). $50 BACKGROUNDS & ATMOSPHERE: Includes 12ft Pole with Wall Mounted Pulleys and Rope for Backgrounds 20' x 10' Black Backdrop w/Mounting Rig - $30 Green Screen (including setup)- $30 - $100 9ft Color Seamless Paper & Mounting Rig - $30 each (if I don't have the color you need I can order it and have it delivered for your shoot for $75 per roll) Antari M-5 Professional Stage Fogger - $40 including fog fluid (Any other gear you might need is available with advance request. It will be ready when you arrive at the studio and returned for you when you’re done) Multi-day bookings can leave their EQ and studio setup in place overnight for an overnight lockout fee of $75 per night. This fee is negotiable for bookings of more than 2 days. (may not be available for nights with pervious booking already in place.)
