This is a daylight studio perfect for photography and video production with cooking content. The studio is located in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, 5 minute walk from Pike Place Market, grocery shops, and downtown. There is ample street parking and three large parking lots all around the block. The studio is 1,100 sq. ft. with 3 north-facing windows. White walls and white washed wood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances and cooking utensils you might need for food photography and food video content. There is a center island with a 5-burner gas cooktop (island has power outlets). Full-size refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, electric oven, and dishwasher. Small appliances include: stand mixer, high power blender, food processor, pasta maker, cast iron pots and pans, stainless steel pans, knives. There is a prop closet with dishware, linens, and surfaces available for rent (for additional fee). Please inquire about prop rental. There are 2 vintage tables, one wood, one zinc-top. There are 2 c-stands, 2 apple boxes, 3 sandbags, diffusers and reflectors, extension cords, clamps, and a wireless printer. There are 4 tabletops with detachable legs and 17 chairs. There is an steam iron. The studio is located on the second floor of the building. There is a large freight elevator and a large rolling cart to help with loading. There are two seating areas with comfortable sofas for clients and crew. There is a bathroom inside the studio.
