The studio works well for fashion photo shoots, portraits, product shots, some conceptual work, and small video projects. Our photo/production studio is equipped with seamless backdrops, a tripod, continuous lighting, large video monitor, chroma key, as well as a wireless PA system. In addition, we have a backyard/outdoor space that can also be used for shoots upon request. There is a bathroom/changing room as well. We have a 2 hour minimum. Use of one backdrop roll is included with your rental. We carry Superior Seemless backdrops in black, white, forsythia yellow #14, wedge wood (light blue) #60, wheat #66, slate gray #58, and mardi gras (pink) #49. If your shoot requires multiple backdrops, please order them from the add-on section. A host will be present when you arrive and we will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival. Our space is available for rent weekdays and Saturdays by appointment. We are located in the Laurel district of Oakland near restaurants and coffee shops. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking on MacArthur Blvd. The space is also accessible by bus. *PLEASE NOTE: During certain hours this is a shared space. Please let us know if privacy is required for your shoot and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, boudoir shoots and the like can be booked after regular business hours.
