The open layout is framed by clean white walls and elevated with intentional furnishings - making it equally suited for production, gatherings, or creative work sessions. Load-ins are seamless thanks to street-level access and a roll-up garage door. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a spacious 4’x8’ island, is perfect for prepping, styling, or serving up a casual dinner after wrap. Street parking is easy and plentiful. You’re just a couple blocks from La Colombe and within walking distance of Frogtown’s growing lineup of cafés, restaurants, and neighborhood favorites. Need extra room? A separate 800-square-foot lofted suite is available to add on—ideal for a green room, hair and makeup setup, or private lounge.
