We are a multi-use flex space located in West Oakland. Our clean, open studio is approximately 2100 sq. ft. and is the perfect blank canvas for video shoots, fundraisers, & celebrations. Guests will have access to this studio as well as the bathroom and lounge area located in the adjacent room (additional 1400 sq. ft). Invitingly modern and warm, our studio is incredibly spacious and can be easily tailored to suit any large or small scale event. Amenities: - 45 ft of mirror - 4 rectangular rolling tables, bench seating, and couch - 2 Bathrooms (Male/Female) - Suspended Bose Sound System w/Aux Cord Input - Track Lighting and Suspension System along walls - Power-washed brick wall, Polished cement floors, 12 ft. high ceilings, & skylight - Additional seating in Lounge Area Access: - Management staff will be present to open and close the studio space during your rental. They will arrive 15 minutes prior to your rental and will close 15 minutes after your rental has concluded. Staff will remain on site and will be able to help you should you have questions or need assistance. - First floor studio space with double door side entryway for loading larger photo/video equipment. Transportation: We are located 2 blocks away from the West Oakland BART station. Lots of public street parking located nearby (2 hour limits). We are also conveniently located about 10 minutes away from Downtown Oakland and nearby restaurants. Event Planning: We have a local event planner that can work with you to make sure your event goes smoothly! Please contact host directly if you are interested. Security: Security is required 30 min prior to the event start time and will end 30 min after event ends. Security will be set up directly by the venue using our preferred vendor. These costs are not included in the total rental cost and must be paid separately. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide catering or beverage services.

Before and after every booking we sanitize all floors, surfaces, heavily touched items in the space. We make sure that all spaces are cleaned with at least 60% alcohol cleaners and make sure that hand sanitizers are available at all times. Gloves, wipes, and other protective equipment is available to our guests.
