FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Full kitchen • Only food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, Television • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers, DJ is not allowed • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, No excessively loud music • Ideal space for: Baby Showers, Holiday Party, Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.) This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of windows from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a complete galley kitchen, single full accessible bathroom and an open plan loft. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable wood frames. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. The downstairs can comfortably seat 25 people in theater style seating. What we Offer and FAQ: - We have 4, 6' folding tables, 4, 30" round cocktail tables and 16 folding chairs available for your use. Guests may arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide. - You may bring in your own food and/or alcohol as well as choose your own caterers. Cooking is not allowed, other than warming up already prepared food. - Linens are available as an add-on feature for all table types. Please refer to our add-on list for other available features. You many bring in your own linens/table covers. - 3 hour minimums for each booking. Set up and Clean up times must be included in the booking. - Gatherings, including cleanup, must end at 8 pm, Sunday - Thursday and 9 pm, Friday and Saturday. Any time over 15 minutes is subject to additional charges. - No DJ's are allowed in the space. We have a bluetooth speaker system that emits sound throughout the entire space. - Take down of any prints requires a minimum fee of $100. Fee calculated according to the space needed. Limitations apply, please inquire with Gallery Manager. - The outdoor space available to guests are between the 3 pillars in front of the gallery and 6' from the building to the public sidewalk. The public sidewalk and resident entrance to the right of the gallery are not a part of the rental and must remain clear. The Gallery is well prepared for your visit with a deep cleaning and sanitation between guests. We provide hand soap, hand sanitizer and antibacterial spray. The garage door opens up to the outside to give plenty of air circulation and extra room for your guests to mingle at an appropriate distance. This only includes the space between the pillars outside the gallery doors. The space beyond the pillars and the courtyard next to the gallery is not a part of gallery rental.

Mesures de santé et de sécurité

We have always had high cleaning standards at the Gallery. We clean and sanitize thoroughly between before and after each booking. We offer paper hand towels in the washroom and rolls of paper towels in the kitchen area. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizers are available for the guests use. The roll up garage door window will be open to the outdoor space offering fresh air and more room for the guests to spread out.
