Although it is an occupied home, The Juicebox is designed to host intimate events including business meetings, executive retreats, bridal or baby showers, workshops or movement workshops, market research/focus groups, small yoga classes, networking events, brainstorming sessions, celebrations, off-sites or a photo/video shoot. Natural light streams into the space all day from east, west and south facing windows. 15 ft. ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and an open plan spans across two living rooms, kitchen, dining room and patio space - offers spacious and versatile options to meet your event needs: a meeting at the large table, open space for movement, both living rooms can be rearranged to meet your floor plan needs (cozy and intimate or more formal), a full kitchen and enough space to break out into groups. The space has heated floors, wifi access, chic furniture, Alexa/Amazon Echo enabled, a gas fireplace, surround-sound Bluetooth speaker system and a bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an automatic espresso maker, french press, filtered water, all major and small appliances a soda stream and cooking utensils. There is a center island, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, gas oven, dishwasher and a BBQ out back. This is an urban, bright, comfortable oasis that is perfect for your next intimate off-site, meeting, brainstorming session, or soiree. You are welcome to bring in the catering and beverages of your choice. Please note that the front door to the home is up 10 stairs. There is plenty of parking but I ask that you only park 3-4 cars directly out front (to respect my neighbors space). Please ask the rest of your guests to park just 3 houses up, on the cross street of 67th. Getting around Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown Ballard, the waterfront and coffee shops. Close to Golden Gardens. Major bus lines (18, 40,17) are just 3 blocks from the house. Street parking is easy and free. Car services like Über and Lyft are plentiful. Please message me for availability.
